buongiorno a tutti. mi chiamo alessandro. ho comprato da poco un iphone 8g e ho un problema. a volte riesco a telefonare, a volte no. mi spiego: ho una sim vodafone, il firmware è 1.14 e il telefono dovrebbe essere sbloccato. quando compongo un numero telefonico, a volte la chiamata va, altre volte sento subito 3 suoni di occupato e mi appare la scritta chiamata terminata. dato che avevo una sim originale at&t, ho notatao che i contatti erano leggermente più a sinistra rispetto a quelli sulla mia vodafone e ho limato la sim con la forbice per fare in modo che coincidessero con quelli at&t.poi ho messo un po’ di scotch per farla rimanere attaccat. Ma ho ancora questo problema. Non so da cosa dipende. a qualcuno di voi è capitato o comunque può aiutarmi? grazie mille

Il segnale di rete quante tacche ha?
Il numero che chiami è di rete fissa o cellulare?
Il numero lo componi correttamente?

oramai la sim l’ho limata e se ho fatto un danno oramai l’ho fatto. in ogni caso, ilproblema era precedente. il numero può essere sia di rete fissa che di cellulare, la rete è a 5 tacche con la scritta vodafone, e il telefonoa volte funziona benissimo, a volte proprio non mi fa chiamare nè ricevere. spero di averti fornito utili indicazioni. a me (da totale profano) sembra una sorta di contatto…
No, se fosse un contatto, perderesti il segnale totalmente e penso che il telefono ti chieda il codice pin. In sostanza il contatto, sarebbe come togliere e rimettere la sim a telefono acceso.
Credo piu che altro che il tuo sia un problema vero e proprio di rete. Me lo fa pensare il fatto che ti da i 3 toni quando ti cade la linea.
Per capire dovresti:
Provare con un’altra sim stesso operatore
Provare con sim operatore diverso
Provare con tua sim in un altro posto rispetto a dove ti trovi abitualmente.
Il problema potrebbe essere relativo alla cella alla quale ti colleghi.
dunque 1979, intanto grazie per la risposta. però non è un problema di cella nè di rete. In pratica, è come se leggesse la sim, vedesse la rete ma il telefono non riuscisse a far partire la telefonata. la prima soluzione che mi viene in mente è quella di ripristinare tutto con itunes e risbloccare di nuovo con ziphone… ah, il firmaware è l’1.4… magari questa informazione può servire…
