Sul blog di geohot, il capofila del jailbreak, è apparso un nuovo thread intitolato “meet the family”.
Sembra sia riuscito a trovare il metodo per il jailbreak di tutti i dispositivi con tutti i firmware,compresi i 3gs col 3.1 per lo più con un solo programma.
Nulla a che vedere con greenpoison…
Promette un jb in soli 10 secondi e funzionerà con firmware 3.1 e successivi aggiornamenti.
Quindi ragazzi STAY TUNED!!!

Se lo dice lui fidati che è così, aveva annunciato che non voleva occuparsi del jb per il nuovo firmware (la definiva pratica da lamier) anche perchè partiva per il college e di tempo a disposizione ne aveva poco.
Invece eccolo qui, quando gli altri dev annaspano nel trovare la procedura per sbloccare i 3.1 lui se ne esce con il jb per tutti i dispositivi con un unico programma…
Come a ribadire che il padre del jb rimane sempre lui…

E’ stato il migliore di tutti mentre ha detto di non volerlo fare per non farsi rompere le palle dal dev team lo ha fatto per i fatti suoi e mentre quelli ci sbattono la testa lui tra pochissimo tempo ce lo darà a tutti e con una procedura semplice e veloce a quanto pare! GeoHot ti stimo|||
Ma secondo voi questo jail sarà stabile nel senso che non andrà a intaccare velocità ed autonomia?

Non esageriamo, il dev team ha fatto delle belle cose pure lui e probabilmente arriveranno anche loro a rilasciare un software per il jb del 3.1 sicuramente dopo quello di geohot e con modalità differenti.
Ricordiamoci che sono tutti ragazzi che dalla passione che hanno per questo telefono trovano tempo e risorse per produrre procedure che poi milioni di utenti utilizzano, e ricordate che non sono procedure che si trovano leggendo i messaggi dei baci perugina…ci vogliono conoscenze,esperienza e tanta voglia di fare questo pur non avendeo un guadagno ufficioso.
Geohot non rilascerà il software lo ha appena detto su twitter!!! si è arrabbiato perchè il chronic devtem si è preso il merito per una cosa che aveva scoperto lui allora NON rilascerà il suo programma!!!

Sorry program has been cancelled due to chronic posting the exploit it uses. Now Apple will fix it double time, and I’m not about to race Apple. You will all have to wait for greenpois0n from them. I hope it doesn’t come after 3.2 is released.
This is what happens when you donate before a product is released. Don’t. I only ask for donations after you use whatever I wrote. Apparently Chronic felt like they owed something to their contributors. So they released something that is utterly useless to 99% of the iPhone community, just to prove they had something. Sorry…an exploit is not an implementation. And the implementation isn’t easy when done right either.

Last night, I emailed them the ipt2 bootrom. No mention of that, just a post about how it’s 24kpwn vulnerable. Sounds sort of like the dev team, except the dev team actually helped me dump it. In the month since it came out, they couldn’t dump it. Took me 4 hours.
Look, as much as I fight with the dev team, they always have the communities interests at heart, maybe even more so than me. But chronic just stomped all over what the community wants. Who can actually do something with the info they released? Well, you know, Apple.
